My sore left foot

About three weeks ago, I used this machine at the gym that really made my feet mad. Specifically, the balls of my feet. When I got up the next morning, I could barely walk and it felt like the balls of my feet were bruised.

The pain in the right foot subsided after two days, but the pain in the left foot has been hanging on for dear life. Every time I think it’s gone, it flares back up. Yesterday I managed to aggravate it by tapping the beat while I played the viola for two hours. About an hour in I realized that my foot was starting to bother me again, but I am, apparently, incapable of tapping the beat with my right foot.

This morning I woke up, put my feet in my slippers, and there it was … back full force in the left foot. This is making me very nervous. I am pretty sure I can walk for a month on a really sore foot, but it’s not going to be pleasant. My only saving grace is that I do have an appointment with a podiatrist on Monday (I made the appointment two weeks ago).

Cross your fingers for my left foot!

Go to the nearest Walgreen’s or WalMart and get the best insoles you can find for your shoes. I ind that the good rubber one’s along with an extra heel guard makes walking possible. I bruised a heel and even with Naproxin Sodium it hurts like heck if I don’t wear the shoes with good insoles. Listen to old people when they tell you things. Hope you can get some help before your big trip. There is almost nothing worse than feet that hurt. I’m glad you were able to get an appointment with the podiatrist, and hopefully he will be able to help the situation.

that stinks!! Hopefully you can get some relief before you leave. Nothing more miserable than sore or wet feet when you are traveling!
